Please check your Deliver Address details. Some payment providers default to addresses associated with your account that may not be up to date.
When you select delivery by Royal Mail we use a proof of delivery based service called Royal Mail 24. This can take 2-5 working days depending on how busy the depots are. If you are not home to receive the package you will be left a card with collection or re-delivery options.
When you choose Next Working Day delivery as an option you must order before our daily cut off time for the package to be despatched same day. We only despatch orders Monday to Friday. Once despatched, your order will be delivered on the next working day and NOT weekends i.e. Saturdays & Sundays.
If you are not home to receive the package you will be left a card with collection or re-delivery options. Please not that the collection depot may be some distance from your delivery address.
