For a long time I couldn’t find tinned green chiles in the UK, which depressed me to no end. I would force visiting friends and relatives to pack as many as they could when they would visit. They’ll be relieved to not have to do that anymore! These are nice sized, with at least 6 chiles in each tin. There are chopped available as well, but I always find you get more out of the tins with whole chiles. They are a must for Mexican food cooking.
