Good level of heat in this sauce, not enough to take away from the flavour, but enough to give it a little kick. Taste is a lot better than most BBQ sauces, but did not wow me like some others. The texture of this sauce is very thick and chunky, which lends itself as to more of a marinade than a dipping sauce.
Good sauce, but probably won’t buy again.
