Dr Hotz! Says: An aromatic and sophisticated blend of Indonesian spices from all corners of the Far East. Makes a delicious medium hot curry with flavours of galangal, lime leaves and lemongrass.
Product Ingredients: Oil, vinegar, coriander, salt, fennel, turmeric, chile, onion, garlic, pepper, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves.
A medium hot Malaysian curry. Rendang is a very aromatic and sophisticated blend of Malaysian spices including Galangal (a type of ginger), lime leaves and lemongrass. Can also be used as a marinade for meat and poultry prior to cooking.

<h3>Beef Rendang</h3><br>This product is truly awesome and takes me back to the restaurant overlooking the beach where I first tasted the wonderful flavour of Beef Rendang. Simply fry a couple of quartered onions with one third of a jar of the paste for 10 mins then add 500g of diced beef and brown for another 10 minutes then add two tins of coconut milk, 200ml of water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a teaspoon of sugar and a couple of kafir lime leaves and simmer gently on the stove top for an hour and a half. Served with noodles and stir fry it is simply delicious. I’m aways asked for the recipe and have to confess…..but it is just wonderful. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Sometimes been disappointed by curry pastes, but not this one. Very rich and full flavoured. Add onion, coconut milk, kaffir leaves, cinnamon stick and simmer. 100% recommend.
