Dr Hotz! Says: Ok, this is where we get serious. While bartending in the early 90's, Blair created a sauce that was sure to get the patrons out at closing time. It worked, and After Death is that sauce.
Product Ingredients: Red and orange habaneros, vinegar, fresh cayenne, smashed garlic, chipotle chile, pepper extract, lime juice, cilantro, fresh herbs and spices.

It’s been a while since I last bought this, and the recipe has changed. It’s still a great sauce but not as good as it used to be. The colour is much lighter more orange than red, the ingredients are now pureed (no bits at all) and it tastes and smells predominantly of Cayenne. Quite different from the original recipe. Nice, but not as nice.
