This is absolutely stunning with complex flavours thanks to the skillful infusions of bourbon and chipotle and my all time favourite with baby back pork ribs. It also goes great with BBQ breast of chicken. Too good to waste in marinades or on the grill but the perfect pour over ‘table’ sauce.
