one of my favourite sauces: Tasty, hot (first it seems to be quite delicious not vicious, but try it again, and again, and… Whoa, it burns! It has a consistence more like fluid than sauce, which makes ideal for drinks. Still, it’ s easy to take as many drops as you want, and you don’ t feel intensive vinegar taste, just delicious fruity bite!

one of my favourite sauces for jacket potato and ragoo! this goes perfectly. Smokey and rich at the same time. easy to spread a few drops across a dish. it has a peppery aftertaste which leaves you wanting more even though you probably shouldn’t. 10/10
