This is one of my favorite hot sauces ever. Unfortunately it’s quite hard to find in the UK so I was really excited to see it on Hot-headz. This is a seriously hot one, when you first taste it you will get the berries, a hint of garlic and then the apollo peppers hit hard, the tang from the Yuzu and sweetness of molasses and brown sugar are both perfectly balanced and not overpowering at all like some sauces. This is definitely a must try if you like really hot hot sauces.
