Traditional Louisiana Style Aged Cayenne
Undoubtedly the most widely used chile in Indian and Indo-Chinese cookery, the Cayenne derived it’s name from the Tupi Indians of the Cayenne district of French Guiana. Sharp heat for good all round use and better flavour than it’s contemprary the tabasco chilli, this sauce is the perfect accompaniment for most foods that need pepping up.
Ideal for adding spice to most dishes where subtle heat is required to enhance flavours e.g. pies, spaghetti bolognaise, tacos, burritos, stir fry etc.

<h3>tasty surprise!</h3><br>wonderful sauce, much more complex than you might guess from a straight-up cayenne sauce. hints of tamarind and … peach maybe? must come from the aged peppers: not very hot and full of flavour. we’re loving it! Hot-Headz house brand sauces are unexpectedly good stuff and this one is no exception.

Been looking for a Cayenne Pepper Sauce to replace my favourite, since Dan-T’s ceased trading.
This one has subtle flavours, nothing punchy, and virtually no heat. It is, however, fantastic shaken over cheese dishes or as a spicer for chips/fries.
