Heartbeat produce really great sauces, and their Red Habanero has been a favourite of mine. However, this version takes the heat up a notch. Not ‘blow your head’ off hot, but definitely a natural tasting, significant kick in it. I do not like the taste of pepper extract, preferring naturally hot fresh ingredients, and this sauce delivers on that.
