Dr Hotz! Says: So happy to have this in stock!! Over 25 years ago I sent the company a fax (yes before emails etc!) and heard nothing back. Then EXACTLY a year to the day, can you believe it?, I received a fax back saying how sorry they were for not responding - they'd just found my fax behind the furniture when they were moving their office around!!! Anyway, it's here now and highly recommended.
