this sauce was very sour and sharp. almost as if the peppers used weren’t ripened. tried once, never finished the bottle. it was HOT, but not MAD Hot, and just didn’t taste like it had ages well..

Bought and finished two bottles, both fine. A variation on the stable Habanero, carrot and onion base sauce range. The tomato puree maybe lending slight acidity. The heat raised a little, but not to a higher level such as a Naga sauce etc. Somewhat similar taste and heat profile as the ‘Belizean Heat’ sauce.
