Vid and the guys at Torchbearer have been making some amzing sauces recently, many of which you’ll know from the Hot Ones You Tube show.
This latest sauce is no exception. It features zippy, nostril-tickling horseradish as well as garlic, dry mustard and lemon that cut through the creamy texture and intense ghost pepper heat. Use it as a spread on a steak sandwich or as the best-ever dip for fries.
