Excellent flavours and heat. The seasoning, oranges, carrots and sugar give an initial sweet taste and then the peppers hit with a manageable burn that doesn’t completely overpower your palate (dependent on one’s tolerance of course). A very tasty sauce. Terrific service from Hot-Headz also.
