With a full 50% fresh Scotch Bonnet content this all time favourite Caribbean beauty is the real deal - no fruits, fillers or bullshit - just a straight up fully flavoured, fresh tasting Scotch Bonnet blast.
Product Ingredients: Scotch Bonnet chilli peppers (50%), water, cane vinegar, salt, sugar, onion, garlic, xanthan gum E415 (natural thickener), ascorbic acid E300 (natural antioxidant).

On the nose sweet and peppery; on the palette the Scotch Bonnet’s pleasing untainted citrus and fruity notes are accompanied by respectable heat. Difficulty finding Scotch Bonnet sauce at this price containing a decent amount of chilli (50% +) without fillers that can sometimes dominate; worth trying on that basis and to appreciate the subtleties to the Habanero. A good sauce.
