Dr Hotz! Says: Hugely popular in Mexico, this simple recipe has a slightly citrus flavor with a mellow kick of spice that gives a great lift to all foods.
Product Ingredients: water, chili peppers, vinegar, salt, spices and sodium benzoate (a preservative).
Typically in Mexico they use this sauce on cucumbers and many varieties of fruit, such as watermelon, oranges, and pineapple, with lemon and salt.
A milder original version is also available.

Great everyday sauce at a fantastic price! I wasn’t expecting much for £1.99 (I think I originally bought it just to make up an amount that meant getting a free gift, thanks Hot Headz!) but I was very pleasantly surprised. Not the hottest sauce by any means but a decent kick makes it a great go-to for every day use, e.g. with chips, on a sausage sandwich etc.

This sauce is the best we have tried in a long time. Black label extra hot. Try it. You’ll like it.

This sauce is incredible and so cheap! It’s hard to not throw this on everything. Works very well with pizza, tacos, nachos etc. Do yourself a favour and buy one, you won’t regret it.

If you haven’t got a bottle of Valentina in your fridge and you like chilli you are missing out. Chilli, vineger, salt. Not overly hot by any measure (get the extra hot), but it has the spicy quality of pepperami or chilli jerky. A really wholesome, salty, "chilli con carne" flavour. Great splashed over fries instead of salt and/or vineger. Gutted I didn’t realise earlier that hot headz sold this at such a great price (so I bought 4 bottles to make up for it!). 7/10

For very little money, you do get a vat of this thick, tasty and reasonably hot sauce. Full on fruity flavour and a respectable level of fire.

It is alright.
Imagine eating grilled chicken on the streets of Thailand, that is what this tastes like.
