Think of it as a spicy red chilli head ketchup!

As you guys know Hellfire specialise in extreme chile head hot sauces but for this one they wanted to create a sauce that everyone could enjoy.

The ingredient list is amazing and includes fire roasted red jalapenos and tomatoes, cayenne peppers, garlic, onions, cilantro and enough Carolina Reaper peppers to give it a good kick along with a splash of lemon and lime and a touch of sea salt and select spices.

The Rojo is amazing on burgers, fries, onion rings, chips and even as a cocktail sauce for prawns. This is not a melt your face off hot sauce. This is a sauce that you can and will use everyday. It’s all about flavour and not just heat.
