Probably my favourite sauce on earth! very, very hot but nowhere near insane, it’s the perfect sauce for any situation!

so flavoursome. I can add a ton of this to food as a daily sauce. It’s not stupidly hot but enough to give you a small kick.

Mainly carrots, lime juice and garlic. Very simple and basic. But I just need a good Hab sauce at all times, this is just that. Not that hot, though it has a weird delayed burn. With the freshness I expect batch differences, so maybe I have a mild batch?

It’s a bit like Melinda’s, but more flavourful. Ah well, we all know the story between Melinda’s and Marie Sharp’s, right? No? Look it up. Still, they are both tasty companies with awesome products.

Absolute top marks here. For me, the perfect blend of mild heat and the most flavour I have tasted in any sauce to date. I use this with Lasagna, Pasta, chicken fajitas, burritos, quesadillas, you name it. Top marks all round.
