Dr Hotz! Says: Literally translated Bulgogi means Fire Meat. This refers to the traditional Korean dish of beef bulgogi which is hugely popular in Korea. It is often made with tender parts of beef, pork or chicken. However, traditionally bulgogi is made with beef.
