Wow! This sauce is simply the nuts. Normally I’m not a fan of fruity hot sauces. They always seem to sound better than they actually are. That is except for this bad boy. It’s loaded with enough power to keep your taste buds on point and has an exceptional flavour. The colour and consistency isn’t quite there…it’s a littler thinner and perhaps more red than I would like. But once you taste it all is forgotten. I would highly recommend this!

Delicious and hot. Really hot but not too long lasting in ‘I hate my tongue’ stakes. There are clearly some asbestos mouthed reviewers here, which is not surprising. Either that or I’m out of practice (I could easily clean a pot of scuds in fish sauce in my youth) but it is a pleasing taste, fruity yes but not overly sweet and definitely leaning toward the sour, which I love anyway….. but well above your strongest supermarket fayre heat wise. Professional level.

Good kick to this one. But not “face melting”. Some nice flavour going on as well. The consistency is quite thin (not a negative), so be a bit careful when you first try it out.
