The smoke really powers through here in a a way that reminds me of heavily smoked fish. There’s a fresh touch of tomato, onion, garlic. and the habaneros really shine to give you that kick you craved. Didn’t pick up on the carrots yet. This sauce has such distinctive flavours that you could easily overpower a dish. So use in moderation. Definitely on the hotter side, but not "melt your face off" hot either. It’s a bit chunky and thick, almost like a paste, I didn’t mind. I always have a can of (tomato) soup, for when I feel tired, sad or sick. The point is – while it’s a thick meal-heavy soup – the aftertaste is just not FRESH tasting. No need to say that I was glad my sauces decided to come in today.The smoky, tomato-y flavour made my soup more delicious than it had any right to be. To top it all off there was this habanero finish to put a smile on my face. Suck it, cheap soup! Can’t wait to try this in a bowl of chili soon, just a bit.

I love this sauce. It’s so smokey and nice. It has a great heat to it and I smash it all over anything especially bbq food and adding it to chilli con carne. I will always have a bottle of this in my collection.

This is my favourite hot sauce. It’s quite overpowering so be careful what you use it with. It’s incredibly smokey but so good! Try with BBQ meats, tacos, chili con carne and my favourite, burgers.
