If you like onion chutney with chillies then this will be your dream sauce. For me, I’m just not sure how I would use it. It’s a quality taste, nothing substandard, but quite an odd sauce for either South American food. Maybe more suited to Caribbean food but I’m not sure about that either Perhaps it’s a sauce for a specific purpose but definitely not what I was expecting.
