Dr Hotz! Says: Superb! A very hot sauce that retains it's flavour. Ramped up a notch from her Fiery Hot but still not so fierce that you need to start worrying about loss of your bodily functions the next day, this is my favourite in the Marie Sharp's range.
Product Ingredients: Habanero Pepper Mash, Capsicum Oil, Fresh Carrots, White Vinegar, Key Lime Juice, Salt, Tomato, N'awlins Cajun and Creole Spices, Onions, and Garlic.

<h3>Great flavour profile</h3><br>First things first, not as hot as the bottle would make out – In the face of the Nagas or Trinidad Scorpion, Habaneros now seem tame.
I’d give it a 7/10 and if i’m not mistaken "capsium oil" is some sort of extract, which while on the ingredient list, does not ruin the fantastic flavour of this sauce. If anything it leaves a lasting burn – up to 7 or so mins.
The blend of carrots, lime and Habs is perfect and this is easily a top 5 Habanero sauce.
Highly recommended for Mexican, Central American or Carribbean food
